• If classes need to be cancelled due to government regulations, then classes will go online for the remainder of the term.

Assumption of the Risk and Waiver of Liability Relating to covid or any other illness 
 

Christina’s Fun With Music / Christina Northcott cannot guarantee that you or your child(ren) will not become infected with covid or any other illness. 
 

By signing up for these classes, you acknowledge the contagious nature of covid or any other contagious illness and voluntarily assume the risk that you may be exposed to or infected by covid or any other illness by attending Christina’s Fun With Music classes and that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and death. You understand that the risk of becoming exposed to or infected by covid or any other illness at Christina’s Fun With Music may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of yourself and others, including, but not limited to, Christina Northcott, class participants and their families. You voluntarily agree to assume all of the foregoing risks and accept sole responsibility for any injury to yourself (including, but not limited to, personal injury, disability, and death), illness, damage, loss, claim, liability, or expense, of any kind, that you may experience or incur in connection with your attendance at Christina’s Fun With Music. On your behalf, and on behalf of your children, you hereby release, covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless Christina Northcott and Christina’s Fun With Music of and from the claims, including all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating thereto. You understand and agree that by signing up for the classes any claims based on the actions, omissions, or negligence of Christina’s Fun With Music / Christina Northcott, whether a covid infection or other illness occurs before, during, or after participation in any Christina’s Fun With Music class, by completing the joining process, you / your child / children are registering to participate in activities held by Christina’s Fun With Music / Christina Northcott and you are accepting this waiver and all the terms and conditions (insofar as they are applicable). You should only join if you have read them and voluntary accept them.
